Wander the World Joyfully

ShipSide

Hello!  Day 1 at sea

Nap.
Day 2…
No not really.  But yes, it is Day 2 of 5 at sea, as I write this.
November 6, Day 27.
Almost a full moon.
Observations abound wandering the ship.  In Miami and New York, we acquired at least 3 women who have decided to augment their appearance in many ways.  One has done the Whole Kardashian.
This puzzles us backwoods people from the PNW.
Clearly these women were fashion forward enough to know that it was hip to have this augmentation done.
However, they weren’t rich enough to have it done well.
Tony wonders about their husbands.
Have I said how much I love the balcony?  Last night the sunset was all purples and blues, with a complimentary orange!
And this morning, I sit in sunshine, catching up on the news.
I am going to wake up Tony so we can get our morning serenade from these fun “kids”.
Do you remember the song, “Sugar, Sugar” by The Archies?
Yes.
That one.
One of this roving group plays the beat with tongs on the pastry tray while another counts out “One! Two! Three! Four!”
Awwwww Coffee (da da DA da da da)
Awww Wakey Wakey (da da DA da da da)
You can have sugar too!
If you want some, I got you!
Then on to subsequent verses about cream and pastries.
It’s a pretty fun way to wake up and eat a hearty breakfast.
We follow it by going to the observation deck for The Hack.
An Irish Coffee without the Irish.
Hopefully this will be a day of writing and drawing and painting.
Oh, and Laundry.

Sunset Laundry.

That should be a song by Tim Curry from 1975.

If I had to sing boat people a song every morning I'd sink that boat. I'd find a way.
